Health Effects:
When the silver is in the form of liquid, not the solid, and if that touches your eyes, then it will be very dangerous. Also if you touches the silver in a form of liquid with your bare skin, then it will cause some skin irritation. When the silver is liquid, it can damage you everywhere, such as if you touch it for a long time it can cause allergic dermatitis. However if it is highly concentrated, then it can make you drowsy, confused, unconscious, and it also can cause coma or even death. So if you touch the silver when it's liquid or vapored, it damages the kidney, eyes, lungs, liver, and also it damages brain.

Environmental effects:
Metallic silver occurs naturally as crystals, but more generally as a compact mass; and some of them are coming out from Norway, Germany and Mexico. The chief silver ores are acanthite mined in Mexico, Bolivia and Honduras, and stephanite, mined in Canada. However silver is mostly obtained as a byproduct in the refining of other metals.
The world mines the silver probably around 17.000 tonnes per year, of which only about a quarter comes from silver mines. The rest of them is a byproduct of refining other metals.
